发明名称 JOINING METHOD FOR DIFFERENT KIND MATERIALS
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform the good joining of different kind of materials without any deflection by giving to at least one part of the member the deflection equivalent to the thermal expansion factor difference at joining temp. in the high temp. joining of mutual materials having different thermal expansion factor. CONSTITUTION:A pressure welding is performed for the temp. up by placing titanium alloy 3 via brazing filler metal 2 on aluminum alloy 1 and further by placing a joining jig 4 thereon in case of joining the titanium alloy, etc. 3 having excellent specific strength on aluminum alloy 1. The deflection due to the difference in the thermal expansion factor of the aluminum alloy 1 and that of titanium alloy 3 at the temp. up joining temp. time is not expressed by the pinching by the aluminum alloy 1 and jig 4 but with cooling as it is both materials are well joined without any deflection. The joining at high temp. may be performed by overlapping the material having different thermal expansion factor each other.
