PURPOSE:To obtain two signals, whose phase is mutually different up to 180 deg., with a simple constitution by cascode-connecting the second transistor which is base-resisted to the collector of the first transistor. CONSTITUTION:A transistor (TR) is cascode-connected to the collector of a TR 3. A load circuit exists at both the collector of a TR 4 and the emitter of a TR 3 and therefore, the emitter electric potential of the TR 3 rises in an alternating current way and then, the collector electric current of the TRs 3 and 4 is increased. For this reason, the collector electric potential of the TRs 3 and 5 is decreased by the voltage drop of a load resistance 5. When the electric potential of the emitter is decreased, the collector electric current of the TRs 3 and 4 is decreased and the collector electric potential rises. Namely, the emitter voltage of the TR 3 and the collector voltage of the TRs 3 and 4 are always relatively changed while the phase difference of 180 deg. is kept. Consequently, by removing the output from the collector of the TR 4 and the emitter of the TR 3 and the signal, in which the phase is mutually different up to 180 deg., can be supplied to the differential amplifier.
