<p>Filler and insulation material for building purposes is to be produced from seed wastes by means of chemical materials and mixtures of materials. For this purpose, sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium and aluminium hydroxide solutions can be used through impregnation or spraying. In addition, mixtures of the alkalis and of phenols (1,2-hydroxybenzene, 1/4-hydroxybenzene [sic], 1,2,3-hydroxybenzene [sic]). The seed wastes have been improved, inter alia, in respect of: stopping residual germination, preservation against microbes and small animals, increased compressive strength, development of certain colour shades (in particular matt brown).</p> |
