PURPOSE:To prevent the damage to the surface of a sensitive material and dirt due to toner in the front end of a form by providing a suction roll in a copying machine or the like and peeling the form from the sensitive material with air to make a peeling claw unnecessary. CONSTITUTION:A peeling and carrying device 5 is provided with a suction roll 6 and a carrying belt 7, and the suction roll 6 is hollow and has many suction ports 8 on the peripheral wall, and a duct 11 connected to a suction source is connected to one end part of this roll 6. The form ejected from a paper shoot 4 is brought into contact with a sensitive material 1 and a toner image is transferred to the form by a transfer corotron 2, and the form is sent to the suction roll 6 after the remaining electric charge on the rear face of the form is removed in a certain degree by a destaticizing corotron 3. The form is attracted to the suction roll 6 by the air sucked from suction ports 8 and is peeled completely from the sensitive material 1 and is carried to the carrying belt 7 by the rotation of the suction roll 6. |
