PURPOSE:To easily mount and remove a base onto and from a pallet by providing a member to be fitted in a hole, a member to be engaged with the side of a base, and a member to be hitched to a part of said base. CONSTITUTION:Positioning is carried out with the hole and a part of the side of a base 40 having high machining accuracy as the reference. For this purpose,a cylindrical member 21 to be engaged with the hole 40a is provided and the hole 40a of the base 40 is engaged with it, and the degree of freedom of the base 40 is restricted to two degrees of freedoms of in the directions of the Z axis and around the Z axis. Also, a hitting block 22 is provided and engaged with a part of the side part of the base 40, to seta limit to the degree of freedom around the Z axis. Further, a hitch member 23 is provided to energize the base 40 in the direction of the hitting block 22, to restrict the degree of freedom in the direction around the Z axis, and also to remove the degree of freedom in the direction of Z axis by means of hitching, and, thereby, an accurate position can be fixed. The base 40 can be removed from a pallet 20 by releasing the hitch member 23. |
