The invention relates to a stabilised thermoplastic resin composition comprising a thermoplastic resin and, based on its weight, 0.05-5% by weight of a monofunctional or polyfunctional cyanuric ester (cyanuric) containing at least one cyanate group in its molecule. In the resin compositions described, impairment or degradation of the thermoplastic resin on contact with metals or the wide variety of fillers present therein or on exposure to heat can be prevented.
