PURPOSE:To decrease the number of times of input operation as a whole and to obtain a computer system with an excellent operability by assembling a default function and a previous data holding function and making the mechanism to complement mutually the fault which respective functions have. CONSTITUTION:When a computer 3 is started, the program starts to execute, takes out standard data stipulated beforehand from a standard data memory 33 and outputs to a CRT screen memory 12. When standard data are displayed on a CRT screen 11 and the standard data are used as they are, an operator omits the input operation, and only executes the operation to inform the computer 3 that the input operation is completed. The program proceeds, reads the data in the memory 12, stores the data to a previous data memory 34, and execute the processing based upon the data. Thereafter, when continuation is needed, the data are taken out from a memory 34 and outputted to the memory 12. At such a time, the previous data are displayed, the previous data are used as they are, and then, the operator omits the input operation and only executes the operation to inform that the input operation is completed.
