PURPOSE:To decrease the load of the job of an operator and to improve the efficiency of job by placing a master set to the window of a bank or the like, handing over a slave set to a customer for waiting and informing the slave set by operating the master set when the processing of the bank job is finished. CONSTITUTION:When a customer requests a procedure such as withdrawal at a window, the person in charge separates a tag 20 from the slave set 2, hands over the slave set 2 to the customer to keep the customer awaiting until the slave set 2 announces. When the bank job is finished, after the person in charge at the window depresses a call key 9 on a keyboard 4 of the master set 1, the person in charge uses a ten-key 6 to key in a number 18 of the slave set 2 required to be called. Then a window key is depressed and the ten-key 6 is used to input a window number giving money and a bankbook. A CPU 10 fetches the input data, which is sent from a transmission section 13 and displays the number of slave set and the window number on a display section 5. When the slave set 2 receives the signal, an alarm 15 is sounded to flicker a lamp 16 for informing the call and displays the window number on the display device 17. When the customer gives the slave set 2 at the window, the slave set 2 is collated with the tag 20 and then money or the like is given. |
