PURPOSE:To prevent a metal band from being rotatively displaced when being tightened, by providing the band with a peripheral projection, and coupling the projection to the tongue of a magnetic shield when using the band to secure the glass body of a camera tube. CONSTITUTION:The glass body of a camera tube 1 is inserted into a plastic bobbin 2 whose peripheral portion is provided with an electrostatic shield 3, a deflection coil 4 and a magnetic shield 11 made of permalloy or the like. A metal band 9 is disposed with an elastic member 6 such as an electroconductive rubber on the glass body. The band 9 is provided with a projection 10 opposite a screw 8. The projection 10 is fitted in the recess 15 of the bobbin 2 and coupled at the tip to the tongue 12 of the shield 11 by a coupler 13 so as to remove electric charge from the glass body. As a result, the band 9 is prevented from being rotatively displaced when being tightened by the screw 8. For that reason, the coupler 13 is protected from damage, and assembly is facilitated. |
