PURPOSE:A polycarbonate resin composition having improved impact resistance, obtained by blending a polycarbonate resin with a specific modified ethylene.alpha- olefin copolymer or further an inorganic filler. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. polycarbonate resin having 12,000-40,000, prefer ably 15,000-35,000 molecular weight is blended with (B) 1-120pts.wt. copolymer obtained by grafting 0.05-5wt% alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivative (preferably maleic anhydride) and 0.01-5wt% olefinic unsaturated silane com pound (vinyltrimethoxysilane, vinyltriacetoxysilane, etc.) onto an ethylene.alpha- olefin copolymer, preferably containing propylene or butent 1 as the alpha-olefin, having 1-35% crystallinity and 0.05-40g/10min melt index and, preferably further, (C) 0.1-120pts.wt. inorganic filler, preferably silicic acid filler. |
