SYSTEM FOR SELECTING ROUTE AND FOR DECIDING CHARGING RATE IN COMMUNICATION EXCHANGE NETWORK

PURPOSE:To keep the original charging rate even when the accommodation of a subscriber terminal device to an exchange is finished by providing an accommodation position converting means for converting the new accommodation position of a terminal device into the old accommodation position and outputting the result to an exchange accommodated with the terminal device. CONSTITUTION:When a terminal device 1 makes a call, the dial is stored in a dial number storage device 11 in an exchange 5 at the same way as conventional devices and the accommodated position of the terminal device 1 is stored in advance in a storage device 12 for the terminal device accommodating position. A route selecting device 13 makes a routine based on them. The accommodating location converter 16 converts the accommodation position of the terminal device 1 stored in the device 12 to the original accommodation position of the terminal device 1 preset in advance. A charging rate deciding device 14 keeps the original charging rate because of the decision of the charging rate based on the original accommodating location of the terminal device 1 regardless of the accommodation change from the exchange 2 to the exchange 5.
