<p>The energy recovered from the wind is transmitted to a tubular column, on the top of which the energy converter is fitted, and which contains a tank holding the liq. medium. The energy is converted to electrical, to be used for heating the liq. medium. Alternatively, the energy can be converted mechanically to friction force for heating the medium. - The heating process is carried out in the lower part of the column, the medium for use as heat carrier in a domestic radiator heating system being drawn off from the column upper part, and after use it is fed back to the lower part. The column incorporates a heat magazine, and is insulated. Electrical cartridges are used to heat the liq. medium.</p> |
