PURPOSE:To provide a resin composition having high dispersibility, remarkable effect to improve the fluidity and high age-stability of thixotropic property and suitable as a dipping material and dripping material for electrical and electronic parts, by adding specific amounts of an inorganic filler and a hydro genated castor oil amide compound to a liquid resin. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding (A) a liquid resin such as a thermosetting resin (e.g. epoxy resin) or an ultraviolet-curable resin (e.g. epoxy acrylate) with (B) >=10(wt)% inorganic filler (e.g. hydrated alumina, calcium carbonate, talc, silica, etc.) and (C) 0.1-5% (based on the component B) hydrated castor oil amide compound and mixing the mixture with a high-speed disperser while keeping the temperature of the mixture at 50 deg.C. |
