<p>PURPOSE:To enhance deoxidating effect, by hermetically sealing bis(salicylaldehyde)ethylenediimine cobalt II bonded in a particulate form by polytetrafluoroethylene in a porous bag made of polyethylene fluoride. CONSTITUTION:Bis(salicylaldehyde)ethylenediimine cobalt II or a derivative thereof is bonded by polytetrafluoroethylene to prepare a particulate or plate shaped body. Which is, in turn, hermetically closed in a porous bag made of polyvinyl fluoride to obtain a deoxidating agent. By immersing this deoxidating agent in water at 60-100 deg.C or heating the same by a high frequency dielectric heater, bis(salicylaldehyde)ethylenediimine cobalt II or the derivative thereof dissociates oxygen bonded thereto to be regenerated. In this regeneration, there is an effective instance that the deoxidating agent is preliminarily immersed in hot water before being heated in a microwave oven.</p> |
