PURPOSE:To prevent the exhaustion of white smoke by enhancing the separation and collection efficiency of oil mist, by inserting the emitting port of a fan in the oil in an oil tank and injecting oil mist flowed in the fan into the oil. CONSTITUTION:The suction port of an oil mist bleed fan 4 is connected to the upper part of the gear chamber 3 of a rotary machine such as a compressor through piping 5 and the emitting pipe 6 of said fan 4 is inserted in the oil in an oil tank 1. When an oil pump 2 and the fan 4 are operated, the oil mist generated in the gear chamber 3 is injected into the oil in the oil tank 1 through the piping 5 by the fan 4. Because the oil mist is adsorbed with the oil in the oil tank 1, the separation and collection efficiency of oil mist is enhanced and it is unnecessary to provide an air bleeder to the end of emitting piping. |
