PURPOSE:A primer composition bonding firmly silicone rubber to various base materials, having improved durability of adhesion even under vigorous conditions, obtained by blending a specific phenyl group-containing polysiloxane with a vinyl group-containing polysiloxane and a specific alkoxysilane, etc. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. organopolysiloxane resin having an average unit formula shown by the formula I [R<1> is (substituted) monofunctional hydrocarbon, and >=5mol% of it is phenyl group; R<2> is H, etc.; a is 0.90-1.80; b is value to make hydroxyl group or alkoxy group bonded to silicon atom >=0.01wt%] is blended with (B) 10-500pts.wt. organopolysiloxane having an average unit formula shown by the formula II [R<3> is (substituted) monofunctional hydrocar bon, and >=0.2mol% of it is vinyl group; c is 1.8-2.3], having >=5,000 centristokes viscosity, (C) 20-400pts.wt. trialkoxysilane shown by the formula III (R<4> is H, etc.; R<5> is bifunctional hydrocarbon) and (D) 2-100pts.wt. organic titanic acid ester and (E) an organic solvent.
