PURPOSE:To obtain a minute amount liquid filter capable of using not only centrifugal force but also pressure in the driving force of filtering, by inserting a hollow yarn type filter in the cylinder of a housing in an engaged state and fixing the connection part of the lower parts of both of them while sealing the upper leading end aperture part of the hollow yarn type filter. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 1 constituted a housing and the hollow yarn type filter 2 engaged with and inserted in the cylinder 1 are fixed at the connection part of one end of the cylinder 1 by an adhesive and the lower part of the cylinder 1 is formed as the opening part 4 comprising the hollow yarn type filter 2 while the upper leading end aperture part of the filter is sealed by providing a seal part 5. In using this minute amount liquid filter, when centrifugal force is used as driving force, a liquid specimen 7 is received in the cylinder 1 and the whole is shaken by a centrifugal separator to obtain a filtrate 6. When pressure is used as driving force, the whole is pressurized by a syringe to obtain the filtrate 6.
