PURPOSE:To improve the utilization efficiency of a request processing means by outputting the degree of request which indicates the priority of the request by each request output means additionally together with request information, and determining the priority of the request on the basis of the degree of request and accepting the request by a request processing means. CONSTITUTION:Request output means P1-P2 output request information to request processing means R1-R4 together with the degree of the request additionally. The request processing means R1-R4 receiving the request information judges the degree of request added to the request information and sends a message indicating that the request is acceptable to the request output means which have the maximum degree of request. Namely, a figure shows that the request processing means R1 outputs a request acceptable message to the request processing means P2, R2 to P3, R3 to P3, and R4 to P1 respectively. |
