PURPOSE:To radiate beams from a semiconductor element efficiently from the nose of a package by forming a tapered reflecting plate condensing beams from the element to the package on the semiconductor element. CONSTITUTION:Tapered reflecting plates 15 condensing beams from a pellet 12 are shaped partially to a package 14 on the pellet 12. The reflecting plates 15 are brought to the state of a rotation symmetry to a central axis PP' passing a central point P on the pellet 12, and the section of the opening section 16 of the reflecting plates 15 takes a trapezoid. Beams reflected by the reflecting plates 16 can also be condensed besides rectilinear propagating beams radiated from the pallet 12. |
