PURPOSE:To provide the oven toaster, showing no variabilities in toasting, by a method wherein reflecting plates, which are reflecting radiant heat toward the lower surface of an upper grill and the upper surface of a lower grill, are arranged before an intermediate heater along the lengthwise direction of the intermediate heater. CONSTITUTION:The upper heater 6 is neighbored to the upper surface of an internal frame 4 and the lower heater 8 is neighbored to the lower surface of the internal frame 4 while the intermediate heater 7 is located at substantially intermediate position between the upper and lower grills 10, 11. The reflecting plates 18 are provided with the substantially same lengths as the intermediate heater 7 and are worked by bending a sheet body so that whose section becomes substantially a triangular shape. The reflecting plates 18 are arranged before the intermediate heater 7 between the same heater 7 and a door body 5 while one summit 18a thereof is opposed to the same heater 7. Radiant heat, radiated from the intermediate heater 7 toward the door body 5, is dispersed upwardly and downwardly by the reflecting surfaces 18c, 18c of the reflecting plates 18 and can heat the lower fore surface of the upper substance A to be toasted on the upper grill 10 and the upper fore surface of the lower substance B to be toasted on the lower grill 11 respectively, therefore, uniform toasting may be effected as a whole.
