PURPOSE:To shorten the information processing time by storing the collected information as the binary information to store this binary data as the ASCII data after editing and then reading out the ASCII data for printing. CONSTITUTION:The collected information are sorted into files A, B... and stored in a memory medium 1 as the binary data. Then the desired binary data is read out of the medium 1 by an editing processing program. Then the binary data is edited into a print format and stored in a buffer memory 2 in the form of the ASCII data. This ASCII data is read out of the memory 2 by a print processing program, and the information is printed on the recording paper 3. Thus the same information can be printed repetitively by reading out the ASCII data from the memory 2 and recording it by printing.
