PURPOSE:To limit the time when an exhaust collecting pipe is exposed to an exhaust gas of a high temperature, and to prevent a fault by constituting a titled mechanism so that the exhaust collecting pipe is projected to the inside of an exhaust pipe at the time of measurement, and it is withdrawn from the inside of the exhaust pipe at the time of non-measurement. CONSTITUTION:When air is fed by pressure to an air press-in chamber 19 provided in a cylinder 17 from an air press-in pipe 20, a piston 18 and an exhaust collecting pipe 15 are moved in the direction as indicated with an arrow (a) against an energizing elasticity of a compression spring 21, the tip part of the exhaust collecting pipe 15 is projected to the inside of an exhaust pipe 2, and this mechanism becomes a state that an exhaust gas can be collected. At the same time as the projecting operation of this exhaust collecting pipe 15, air is blown in from an air feed pipe 12, and the inside of the exhaust collecting pipe 15 and a connecting pipe 16 is cleaned. At the time of non-measurement, the air press-in to the air press-in chamber 19 is cut. Therefore, the piston 18 and the exhaust collecting pipe 15 are moved in the direction as indicated with an arrow (b) by an energizing elasticity of the compression spring 21, the tip part of the exhaust collecting pipe 15 is withdrawn to the inside of a hole of a supporting member 3, and it is not exposed directly to the exhaust gas.
