PURPOSE:To eliminate a parameter analysis time and to improve an execution speed by outputting all tables on a main storage device to a table library on an external storage device in the form of memory images as they are. CONSTITUTION:A parameter input processing part 4 reads a parameter set out of a parameter library 1, a parameter analytic processing part 5 generates respective tables while analyzing respective parameters, and a table output processing part 6 outputs the tables to a table library 9. When an operator inputs a table name on a CRT keyboard 2, a table input processing part 7 finds a corresponding table name in the table library 9 and reads it onto the main storage device. An execution processing part 8 analyzes the table and performs operation specified by the parameter set.
