PURPOSE:To utilize wiring space effectively by determining paths of plural kinds of conductors automatically within a range wherein permissible minimum intervals of the respective conductors are kept. CONSTITUTION:The wiring model setting part 41 in a wiring path determination processing part 40 inputs data from storage devices 31-34 which are used as input information for wiring path determination processing and also sets the data in tables 51, 52, 54, and 55 in a wiring path determination processing table 50. A division processing part 43 which divides connection information into partial connection information inputs data from the table 50 and sets the data in partial connection information 53 and also sets a veer for interlayer connection in conductor position information 54. A flattening processing part 44 inputs the data from the table 50 and sets the relative position relation among conductors defined previously on a board in a table 56. A detail path determination part 45 which operates on the basis of the flattening determines detailed paths on the basis of the data set in the table 56 and sets the paths in the table 54.
