PURPOSE:To simplify the assembly work of a stator and to attain centering at high accuracy by forming integrally a supporting part on the inner peripheral surface of an exciting part comprising some part of the stator through a vibration attenuating part. CONSTITUTION:The vibration attenuating part 11 is integrally formed on the inner peripheral surface 3a of the exciting part 3 comprising some part of the stator of a surface wave motor 1, and thereon the rigid supporting part 12 fitted in the outer periphery of the supporting part 8a of an outer tube 8 is integrally formed and put together as one assembly. And the outer tube 8 of the motor 1 is rotatably and slidably incorporated in the fixed tube 14 of the lens tube 13 of a camera 7. With the conduction to the motor 1, a moving lens frame 18 where a photographing lens L1 is incorporated is moved to execute focusing. Accordingly the assembly of the stator of the motor 1 is extremely simplified, and centering can be executed at high accuracy. |
