PURPOSE:To limit easily the output by delivering the value obtained by subtracting the differential detection value from the value proportional to the deviation between the command value and the detection value after integrating said value. CONSTITUTION:As shown in a diagram, a control amplifier consists of an operational amplifiers 17, 22 and 25, a resistor, a capacitor and constant voltage diodes 19 and 20. The polarity inverted detection value e0 and the command value ei are supplied to the amplifier 17 via resistors 14 and 15, and the output e1 of the amplifier 17 is supplied to the amplifier 22. At the same time, said value e0 is supplied to the amplifier 25 through a resistor 23 and the output e2 of the amplifier 25 is supplied to the amplifier 22 via a capacitor 26 and a resistor 27. The amplifier 22 serves as an I-P control amplifier receiving the output limitation with a parallel circuit consisting of constant voltage diodes 19 and 20 connected to each other with polarities opposite to each other set between the input and the output. Thus no inverse operation is needed for the limit value of amplification of an integration element in case the output is limited. This increases the arithmetic processing speed. |
