PURPOSE:To attain a microprogram control system with which the overall hardware quantity is reduced by using an idle area of a control memory circuit of a microprogram controller also as a write/read enable local memory. CONSTITUTION:A microprogram control system consists of selectors 5-7 which change the data input and the address input of a control memory circuit 1 to a local memory, a decoder 4 which decodes a microprogram and detects the read/write actions of the local memory and a local memory buffer circuit 3. When the the decoder 4 detects a microinstruction which performs the read/ write actions of the local memory, a read/write signal 17 for local memory is transmitted. The selectors 5-7 are selected to the read/write state as the local memory by the signal 17. |
