摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the operating efficiency of a channel and to improve the reliability by providing an operating means calculating number of occupied satellite channels of each earth station, a transmission means sending number of occupied satellite channel calculated to the other earth station, and a means inserting a digital voice within the range of the calculated occupied channel number. CONSTITUTION:At the system leading, Px=Qx=ix is set, the SPEC operation is started in the range of the channel number. At the transmission of the burst of the own station, the earth station X sends the Px, Qx through a satellite channel as own station occupied channel number information. The earth station X calculates Px-mx just before the transmission of the own station burst, and when Px-mx<lx, then Qx=Px+rx is formed and when Px-mx>lx, then Qx=Px-rx (when Px-rx<=ix, then Qx=ix) is formed and in other cases, the preceding Qx is held. Then Qx decided in this way is sent to the satellite channel together with the Px as the own station occupied channel information onto the satellite channel. In earth stations A, B..., when the reception of one frame is finished, Px=Qx is formed in the earth station X to operate the SPEC.
