PURPOSE:To perform identification regarding operators objectively and quantitatively by merging information on a plant operation state, presentation information from a man machine system, and visual and auditory information regarding the operators by a data editing device in time series, and analyzing the editing result by a data analyzing device. CONSTITUTION:When the man machine system 31 is an abnormal operation guide system, a simulator simulates the plant operation state when the power source of a high-pressure reactor core water injection system becomes faulty, and then the man machine system 31 detects the plant operation state and indicates that the high-pressure reactor core water injection system is in a stand-by incomplete state to an operator 33. The operator 33 confirms the indication contents and performs finger pointing designation. This finger pointing designation is detected by the visual and auditory sensation data recording device 35 of a visual and auditory sensation data collecting part 27 and set out to the data editing device through a visual and auditory sensation data processor 37. |
