PURPOSE:To improve the mechanical rigidity and to increase the response band by driving with control a pair of actuators which drives the load at both sides with the same torque. CONSTITUTION:Motors (actuators) 10a and 10b are set at both sides of a load 2 to drive the load respectively via coupling members (shafts) 11a-12b. A control part 3 which controls motors 10a and 10b monitors the revolving state of the motor 10a and controls both motors so that they produce the torque (force) of the same value with the same phase. Thus the load 2 is driven by the motors 10a and 10b at both sides via the shafts 11a-12b with application of the same torque. Thus the mechanical resonance point can be raised up with no increase of the weight (including inertia) of motors 10, the load 2 and coupling members 11-12 respectively. Then the response band is increased to attain the high-speed drive of the load 2. |
