发明名称 CONTROLLING METHOD FOR MOTOR FRICTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a frictional force to be reliability controlled, by controlling the frictional force according to dynamical friction based on the measurement of the distortion quantity of a motor output shaft under uniform rotation. CONSTITUTION:A frictional drum 3 is fixed on an output shaft 2 for a pulse motor 1 to be controlled. A frictional plate 4 is pressure-welded on the outer periphery of the frictional drum 3. In case of controlling a frictional force, a DC motor 6 is driven first, and the output shaft 2 is uniformly rotated by the pulse motor 1. The distortion quantity of an output shaft 7 in this state is detected by measuring the distortion on a distortion gauge 9 with a distortion measuring device 10. The pressure-welding force of the frictional plate 4 to the frictional drum 3 is controlled so that the distortion quantity may be a value in a specified range. The pressure-welding force is controlled, for example, by adjusting the fitting position of the frictional plate 4.
