PURPOSE:To make the smooth start of a car attainable, by installing a valve opening operation checking device which checks a clutch valve to operate in its opening direction from the specified idle opening position under the running state of an engine. CONSTITUTION:A clutch valve CV is driven by a driving device 13 whose operation is controlled by a control unit 14. And, a first detecting device S1 detecting an engine speed and a second detecting device S2 detecting the extent of throttle opening both are connected to this control unit 14, and on the basis of the input signal, operation of the device 13 is controlled. The control unit 14 consists of a pilot valve 47 and a selector valve 48 serving as a valve opening operation checking device, and at the time of car starting, throttle oil pressure Pt goes up whereby right power F1 increases at this pilot valve 47. A valve body of the valve CV also moves to the left and thereby an opening area of a short circuit hole is gradually narrowed so that drive of a hydraulic motor 4 by a hydraulic pump 2 is started and a car is started. |
