PURPOSE:To realize to turn over a flexible cloth easily and rapidly, by applying two pallets arranged oppositely with an interval before and behind, on the same horizontal surface. CONSTITUTION:Two flat pallets 16a and 16b are placed oppositely with an interval before and behind them on the same horizontal surface, and over a pallet 16a is loaded a cloth 17 flatly. Then the other pallet 16b is turned forward or backward around the center line of the interval to overlap on the cloth 17 on the pallet 16a, and holds it between the pallets. After that, the both pallets 16a and 16b are turned forward or backward around the center of the interval to the previous position of the pallet 16b, and then the pallet 16a is turned back to its previous position around the center of the interval. Now the cloth 17 has been turned over.
