PURPOSE:To prevent the leak of the dusts formed in the bearing part by applying nonvolatile viscous liquid over the whole periphery between the inner surface of a sleeve and a shaft. CONSTITUTION:An outwardly projecting part 4 is installed between a body box part 1 and a bearing 3 part, and a sleeve 5 is arranged concentrically at the top edge of the projection part 4 without contacting with a shaft 2. The both edges of the sleeve 5 are opened in trumpet form, and nonvolatile viscous liquid 6 is applied onto the part between the shaft 2 and the sleeve 5. The part between the shaft 2 and the sleeve 5 is covered with liquid 6 by the action of the surface tension of the liquid 6, and the flow out of dusts in the body box 1 is prevented. Since the both edges of the sleeve 5 are spread in trumpet form, a large amount of liquid 6 can be stored. |
