PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent moldability and impact strength, consisting of two polyesters and a metal salt of an alpha-olefin/alpha,beta- unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer. CONSTITUTION:20-50pts. (by weight; the same applies hereinbelow) mixture of a salt (A) of a copolymer composed of an alpha-olefin, 1-30mol% of an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid unit and optionally, a vinyl monomer wherein at least 20mol% of the carboxyl group is in the form of a mono- to trivalent metal salt and a copolymer (B) composed of an alpha-olefin, an alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid and optionally, a vinyl comonomer in a ratio of B to A of 0-10, is blended with 100pts.wt. of the combined quantity of 85-15pts. copolyester resin (C) composed of a terephthalic acid component, an ethylene glycol component and 5-60wt% polyalkylene glycol component having an average MW of 400-20,000 and 15-85pts. poly(1,4-butylene terephthalate) polyester (D). |
