发明名称 PRESSURE COMPENSATING APPARATUS OF THRUST SWINGING MECHANISM
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a thrust shaft driving mechanism by installing a hydraulic cylinder for permitting the revolution movement at one edge of a thrust shaft and allowing said hydraulic cylinder to communicate to a hydraulic pressure source and a servo relief valve and operating said relief valve in accordance with the thrust force of a thrust shaft. CONSTITUTION:The screw of a plastic kneader is connected to one edge of a thrust shaft 2, and a hydraulic cylinder 1 permitting the revolution of the thrust shaft 2 is connected to the other edge. A hydraulic pump 28 is connected to the hydraulic cylinder 1 through an accumulator 24, and a servorelief valve 7 is installed midway. The servorelief valve 7 is controlled according to the magnitude of the thrust in proportion to the magnitude of the driving electric current of a servomotor 4 connected to the thrust shaft 2 through feeding screw mechanisms 14 and 15.
