PURPOSE:To provide an external agent for skin, having excellent storage stability and containing a drying oil or semidrying oil, and an oil component selected from branched saturated fatty acid ester, branched saturated aliphatic alcohol ester, straight-chain monoene fatty acid ester, silicone oil, etc. CONSTITUTION:The objective external agent for skin contains (A) a drying oil (e.g. linseed oil, perilla oil, soybean oil, etc.) or a semidrying oil (e.g. rapeseed oil, sesame oil, etc.) and (B) an oil component selected from an ester of a branched saturated fatty acid or a straight-chain monoene fatty acid and a polyhydric alcohol, an ester of a branched saturated aliphatic alcohol and a saturated aliphatic dibasic acid, an ester of a straight-chain monoene fatty acid and straight-chain monoene aliphatic acid, macadamia nut oil, camellia oil, and silicone oil of formula I or II (m is 0-650; R1-R8 are H, CH3 or phenyl; n is 3-7; R9 and R10 are H or CH3), etc. The weight ratio of A to B is 1 to <=2.5. The agent exhibits high storage stability while keeping the merits of the (semi)drying oil. |
