PURPOSE:To make an intake quantity of fresh air ventilating the inside a car controllable, by detecting a blast quantity and thereby controlling an air quantity limiting device. CONSTITUTION:A compressor and a selector duct 16 are controlled by each output signal out of various sensors including inside and outside temperature sensors, etc. An inside air quantity regulating damper 42 is properly rotated in an arrow direction, limiting a flow rate of the inside air run past a filter 42 flowing into an air intake part 34, while rotational frequency of a motor for a blower 32 is made variable, selecting its blast capacity, whereby the outside air taken in from a fresh air intake pipe 14 is mixed with the inside air at the air intake part 34, thereby controlling the air quantity. |
