PURPOSE:To select external resistance values properly as well as to make an air-conditioning mode and a blast quantity automatically selectable, by shifting a sliding contact according to displacement in an expansion actuator consisting of a form memory alloy corresponding to a temperature variation inside a car. CONSTITUTION:A tension coil springlike expansion actuator 40 consisting of a form memory alloy is attached to a shift-adjustable frame 42 and free of movement along the longitudinal direction of a shaft 44. In addition, spring 46 is shiftably installed along the longitudinal direction of the shaft 44, and a sliding contact 78 is held in between the spring 46 and the actuator 40 whereby it is made shiftable according to displacement in the actuator 40. A contact 48 moves as coming into contact with a fixed contact 50, so that air flow of a blower motor 56, positional control over an air-mix damper, etc., are performed. |
