PURPOSE:To improve adhesion between a rear tray and a pedestal and to secure safety by molding the pedestal using a semi-rigid urethane foam material. CONSTITUTION:The pedestal 9 using the semi-rigid type urethane material is formed by an upper part 9 having higher density and a lower part 9b having lower foaming degree. When mounting a speaker device to the rear tray 3 of an automobile, it is mounted to the lower part 9a of the pedestal 9 so as to fit the shape of the rear tray 3, on which the speaker 7 is attached through the medium of a grill 6. By using the features of the urethane foam material in such a manner, it becomes possible to absorb the shock even if the passenger' s body at the rear seat 2 is changed in posture due to sudden stop to bump the speaker. Since safety is improved and the speaker device, the pedestal 9 mounted thereon and the tray 3 are stuck firmly and elastically to each another, ideal reproducing characteristics are realized. |
