The metal mold is closed, and an epoxy resin 7 for transfer molding is injected. At this time, the elements 1 are set in the leadframe 2, a mold releasing agent is applied on terminal parts 14 and 15 and molding is carried out. Then, washing agent is used, and the part is washed by an immersion or ultrasonic wave washing method. |
