<p>The panel (1), which is used for floorings, worktops for kitchens or the like, has a middle substrate (6), which is arranged between two outer layers (7, 8), which consist of a plurality of paper sheets impregnated with a thermoset plastic. At least one of the outer layers is provided with a protective layer (9) of a curable synthetic resin, the abrasion value being improved considerably by adding abrasion inhibitors. After compressing of the substrate and outer layers (6, 7, 8), the protective layer (9) is applied in liquid form to the prefabricated multilayered panel (1). The protective layer (9) may be applied simply by rolling, pouring or spraying onto the finished multilayered panel (1) once the edges of its outer layers (6, 7) have been machined. The multilayered panel can thereby be produced simply and quickly, it being possible to add any amount of abrasion inhibitors. <IMAGE></p> |
