PURPOSE:To enable an engine speed to be gently decreased, by providing a flow limiting means in an oil hydraulic circuit when a lever controlling injection of fuel is moved to an idling position, in the case of the captioned device equipped with an automatic idling mechanism with an oil hydraulic cylinder serving as the driving power source. CONSTITUTION:In the rated speed condition of an engine, if a control lever, provided in a machine mounting said engine and not shown in the drawing, is returned to a neutral position, a control device, switching an electromagnetic selector valve 13 to a bottom side position by an excitation signal from a command device 14, connects an oil hydraulic cylinder 12 with an oil hydraulic pump 9. Then delivery oil from the oil hydraulic pump 9 is supplied to the oil hydraulic cylinder 12, but the control device, interposing in its pressure oil supply path a throttle 15 serving as a flow limiting means, moves a piston rod 12a to be gently extended by reducing a supply amount of oil to the oil hydraulic cylinder 12. Accordingly, the control device, gently turning also a fuel injection lever 4 through a lever 3 and a rod 7, controls an engine speed to be slowly decreased. |
