发明名称 VIBRATION-DEADENING STRUCTURE OF PIPELINE IN AIR-CONDITIONING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve vibration-deadening effect without affecting the durability of the pipeline by a method wherein the main body of a metallic bellows is provided with an inhibiting member, precluding expansion and contraction in axial direction and allowing a movement in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A vibration-deadening bellows 10 is consisting of the metallic bellows main body 11 of stainless steel and the inhibiting member 14, having perforated plates 13, 13 fixed by welding or the like to both axial ends of a metallic support rod 12 having substantially the same axial length as the main body 11, while the axial expansion and contraction of the metallic bellows main body 11 is precluded by the inhibiting member 14 and the movement in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction is allowed. The outer peripheral rims of the perforated plates 13 are attached by brazing between the axial both ends of the metallic bellows main body 11 and copper pipes 15 fixed to both axial ends. Even when vibration energy, due to the up-and-down vibration or the oscillating motion of a compressor 2, is delivered to a delivery tube 8 or a suction tube 9, the inhibiting member 14 is tough against the axial compression and tension, therefore, a load, applied to the metallic bellows main body 11, may be small.
