PURPOSE:To provide a method of which temp. condition in a free board is always suited to desulfurization and denitration reactions by burning pulverized coal and ordinary supplied coal of which part is pulverized and of instantaneous burning reaction, and by repeated operation of returning back particles captured by a primary multicyclone. CONSTITUTION:A main coal supply pipe 35 for a fluidized bed 22 (for example: max. coal dia. 32m/m) is installed at a lower part of a free board 23 and a by-path system 36 is connected to the main coal supply pipe. At the upstream part of the by-path system 36, a rotary valve 35 is placed and the number of rotation thereof is controlled by a temp. detecting signal from a temp. sensor 37 placed at the free board 23 and also at the downstream part of the valve, a crasher mechanism 39 which pulverized part of supplied coal is installed. Being thrown together into a hollow tower are pulverized coal which jump into the free board and make burning reaction instantaneously without reaching a fluidized bed via connected part between the downstream of the by-path system 36 and the main system 35, and supplied coals which are burnt in the fluidized bed and have max. dia. of 32m/m. |
