PURPOSE:To attain many one-touch dialing actions and to increase greatly abbreviated dial numbers by using many cards and loading these cards to a telephone properly and selectively. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic card 133 is loaded by a card drive part 120, and a key unit 111 supplies successively an abbreviated code and the dial information in the form of a pair. The dial information is sent to a magnetic card read/write control part 130 via a central processing circuit 100 and stored in the corresponding address of the card 133 by a writing circuit 131. While the card 133 is put into the part 120 in a transmission mode, and the contents of the card 133 are read out by a reading circuit 132 which is under the control of the part 130. Then the contents of the card 133 are stored in a memory 101 via the circuit 100. When a caller supplies the abbreviated code through the unit 111 under such conditions, this code is developed into the dial information by the memory 101 of the circuit 100 and transmitted to a dial transmission control circuit 140.
