PURPOSE:To enable the quick response of a turbine output to be obtained for a rapid load change, by interposing a difference pressure regulating valve in a supply route of fuel gas to a combustor of a gas turbine and changing a difference pressure relating to a pressure control of fuel gas when a load rapidly changes. CONSTITUTION:A coal gasifying furnace 11 generates coal gas, and the coal gas, after it is purified by a clean up unit 21, is supplied to a combustor 14 of a gas turbine 12 through a shutoff valve 22 and a difference pressure regulating valve 23, performing combustion under the supply of high pressure air from an air compressor 13. And a control device provides a comparator 25 which compares a target output preset value with the output value of a generator 16. An offset 30 decides whether or not an absolute value of deviation DELTA1 obtained by said comparator 25 is larger than the predetermined value, and when a decision is YES rapidly changing a load, the offset 30, inputting the DELTA1 to an adder 32 through a PID arithmetic circuit 31 to be added by a target difference pressure preset value, decides a target difference pressure. And the difference pressure regulating valve 23 is feedback controlled in accordance with said target difference pressure. |
