PURPOSE:To prevent lowering in bottom plate strength by making arched holes, through which an electric cable passes, in both a supported bottom part and a base plate concentrically with the furning movement center of a supporter, in such a manner that both holes overlap one another even at both right and left ends of reciprocating revolving angle of the supporter. CONSTITUTION:A supporter 3 supporting an electric fan 2 is held by a rolling bearing 8 so that it can conduct reciprocal revolving motion on a base plate 6. Arched cord-releasing holes 9 and 10, which create the parts 11 overlapping one another concentrically with the center of a revolving shaft 5 when the supporter 3 rotates to both right and left extreme ends in the reciprocal movement, are made in a bottom plate 4 and a sliding plate 7 respectively. With this contrivance, the size of the arched cord-releasing holes, which are provided in the bottom plate of the supporter, can be reduced, thereaby preventing lowering in the bottom plate strength.
