PURPOSE:To control the free oscillation frequency with an analog signal (DC or AC) and to stabilize the oscillation frequency, by providing a phase variable control means into a loop to control the phase of the signal to be fed back with the 2nd control voltage. CONSTITUTION:A phase control circuit (ps) contains phase shift circuits 11 and 12 to which an input signal a0 is impressed each. The gain control circuits 13 and 14 receive the output signals a1 and a2 of circuits 11 and 12 as inputs and extract signal c1 and c2 underwent the gain control as outputs. An addition control circuit 15 controls and adds the relative amplitude of both signals c1 and c2 sent from circuits 13 and 14 to produce a synthetic output signal a3. A feedback circuit 16 contains a tank circuit to feed positively the signal a3 to the input. The circuit 15 can produce two signals with addition or subtraction since the subtraction is also considered as a kind of addition. Furthermore the circuits 13 and 14 are added to the circuit 15 unlike a conventional case.
