A circuit arrangement is proposed for temperature stabilisation of an integrated circuit, especially of a "5-transistor circuit". In this case, one transistor (2) is used as a heating element for heating the integrated circuit (1), and a second transistor (3) is used as a temperature-measurement sensor which, interacting with a control amplifier (9), influences the operating current of the heating transistor in the sense of temperature stabilisation. <IMAGE>
